SELF LOVE/LOVE YOURSELF

          SELF LOVE is defined as regard for one's well-being and happiness. SELF LOVE is considered desirable rather than narcissistic. I believe that to express love you have to love yourself. I feel that many people treat other people wrong because they have an issue within themselves such as SELF LOVE. If someone do not have love for himself or herself then he or she don't want anyone else to be happy. Deep inside happiness like real happiness comes within by loving one self. Love is an expression of strong feelings of affection and concern toward another person such as kinship or close friendship. If we can love others to the best of our abilities then why not love yourself. It is not selfish to love yourself. SELF LOVE is you accepting who you are and how God created you. Loving yourself is happiness because you accept the good and bad. You accept the ups and the downs. Love is complete acceptance. If we can accept ourselves as we are then we can share the love and help others to accept all of who he or she is. I truly have struggled with acceptance because I believed what others told me. I believed every negative thing that others said to me whether it was true but mostly false. Therefore I did not accept no one into my life except my direct family. I struggled with this problem for years. In the year 2001, I conceived a child whom is my daughter. God changed my life instantly. It was not about me but more about my child. God let me see me and I realize that I was not what others said that I was but I truly could see me. I had my faith, strength, and abilities to move forward and beyond all negativity in my life. I knew it all along but my child gave me joy. I felt happy everyday because I was receiving LOVE. I was happy with my child and accepting motherhood. Love was all I could see and feel. I cried everyday from the happy feeling that I was feeling emotionally. I love the way I looked and I cared less about people but focus on me and my child. My whole entire nine months was wonderful and a life changing experience. I realize that I love myself and then love can be giving back. I love my child and my child love me back. My child never challenged me with words of negativity but my child embraced me inside my body and even at the delivery room. My life changed and I knew that LOVE is beautiful and LOVE can change your life in an instant. I love myself entirely. I love all of you who loves me. I love them who don't love me and I pray that God helps he or she to LOVE themselves. Do you think you can accept  love and share the love to someone else? Yes you can if you want too.
